Welcome to Socksability – where design meets comfort and expression. These terms and conditions, along with the Consumer Protection Law, apply to all use of www.socksability.com ("the Website") and to any purchases made through it.

This Website is operated by Socksability Ltd., an Israeli online store selling socks, fashion items, and accessories. Products are shipped within Israel and to selected countries in Europe. By browsing or purchasing from the Website, you agree to these terms without reservation.

The Website is available to anyone with a valid credit card in their name. Placing an order requires providing accurate and valid payment details. The Website is for personal use only – no wholesale or resale is permitted.

5. Order Confirmation & Processing

Orders are confirmed only after:

  • Product availability confirmation

  • Internal approval by Socksability

Delivery timelines begin only after order confirmation.

If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

6. Identity Verification

We may request additional documentation to verify a customer’s identity or payment method. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction at our sole discretion.

7. Delivery and Shipping

  • Shipping within Israel: up to 7 business days

  • Shipping to major European countries (excluding Western Europe): up to 14 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, incorrect customer details, or force majeure circumstances.

If an order is returned due to failed delivery, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

8. Cancellations & Returns

Order cancellations are allowed according to applicable consumer protection laws, only if the item has not been used and is returned in its original condition.
